Job summary

Garena is seeking an Esports Graphic Designer to create high-impact visuals for promotions, broadcasts, and branding. You will collaborate with the Esports team to turn ideas into compelling design that resonates with the gaming community.

You will manage multiple design requests, work with broadcast teams, and help define visual identity through brand guidelines. A strong eye for typography, motion graphics, and esports storytelling will help you deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in multimedia, film, broadcasting, or graphic design.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong typography, layout, and kerning skills.

• Manage multiple creative requests from the Creative and Content teams, translating ideas into high-quality designs with a strong esports aesthetic and delivering them within timelines.
• Collaborate with esports broadcast teams to create engaging broadcast assets; motion design skills are a plus.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders throughout the creative workflow.
• Develop and present brand guidelines for various esports events to ensure consistent visual identity.
• Contribute to the ideation and development of creative concepts across esports initiatives.
• Support other creative projects and team initiatives as needed, based on business priorities and project requirements.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Multimedia, Film, Broadcasting, Graphic Design, or a related creative industry.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant design tools; familiarity in motion graphic design tools such as Adobe After Effect and Premiere Pro, 3D design, and illustration design is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design styles and trends, with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong typography skills, including layout and kerning, with the ability to thoughtfully integrate typography as a key visual element rather than simply adding text.
• Reliable and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality creative work within agreed timelines
