Job summary

MCKY PRO is seeking a graphic designer in Bekasi to create compelling visuals for events, exhibitions, booths, and brand activations. You will develop assets, mood boards, and presentation decks, translating briefs into polished concepts for client pitches.

You will collaborate with 3D designers and event planners to ensure visual consistency while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. Experience in event/creative agencies and familiarity with PowerPoint are preferred.

Key responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and key visuals for event, exhibition, booth, stage, and brand activation projects.

Design presentation materials, mood boards, layouts, backdrops, signage, promotional graphics, and other event-related assets.

Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts for client pitches and proposals.

Prepare design assets and artwork according to project specifications and production requirements.

Collaborate with 3D designers, motion graphic designers, and event planners to ensure visual consistency across project deliverables.

Manage design revisions and multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Utilize AI-powered tools to support ideation, visual exploration, asset creation, and workflow optimization.

About you

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.

Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Able to develop polished and professional presentation decks for client pitches.

Good understanding of branding, event visuals, exhibition graphics, and promotional materials.

Able to interpret creative briefs and work independently with minimal supervision.

Adaptable, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.

Familiar with AI tools for creative work and willing to continuously explore new technologies.

Able to present a portfolio demonstrating relevant graphic design skills.

Preferred: Experience in an event organizer, creative agency, exhibition, or design studio.

Preferred: Familiarity with PowerPoint and presentation design.
