Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies and testing processes (manual and automated).
• Experience with bug-tracking tools like Jira or TestRail.
• Understanding of ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated tests to ensure system functionality.
• Identify, record, and track defects in the bug-tracking system.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Write and maintain test cases, test scripts, and other related documentation.
• Validate new features and system enhancements before release.
• Conduct performance and regression testing on new releases.
• Participate in sprint reviews and provide feedback on testing progress.
• Analyze test results and create reports to share with stakeholders.
• Work with development teams to improve system stability and reduce defects.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
