Job summary

ScaleOcean is seeking a Cloud ERP Engineer to deploy, operate, and optimize ERP solutions on cloud platforms. You will collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure high availability, security, and efficient performance of the ERP system.

You will configure cloud-based ERP deployments, integrate services, and address scalability and cost optimization while maintaining compliance and robust disaster recovery plans.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with ERP system architecture and deployment strategies.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, containerization, orchestration.
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage ScaleOcean’s ERP solutions on cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues related to cloud resources.
• Implement security measures, including firewalls, data encryption, and identity management.
• Work closely with development teams to integrate cloud services with ERP systems.
• Provide cloud-related technical support and resolve system outages or performance issues.
• Conduct cloud infrastructure audits and ensure cost optimization.
• Participate in architecture reviews and make recommendations for cloud system improvements.
• Assist with cloud-based disaster recovery and backup solutions.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that the ERP system scales to meet growing client needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and apply new practices to enhance the cloud environment.
