Job summary

Kanara is seeking an ERP Specialist to own and optimize our ERP ecosystem, currently Odoo (v16) and Qianyi, across Indonesia. You will translate business processes into system logic, coordinate with business stakeholders and external developers, and lead ERP health and evolution as we scale.

This role bridges technical and operational gaps, with potential migration to SAP if needed. The ideal candidate has hands-on Odoo experience, familiarity with multi-system environments, and a strong grasp

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, CS or related fields.
3–6 years in ERP implementation, administration, or ownership.
Hands-on with Odoo (v14/v15/v16) including configuration and workflows.
Experience managing external development vendors or partners preferred.
Exposure to multi-system environments (ERP + WMS, marketplace integration).

Responsibilities

Act as internal owner for ERP systems (Odoo, Qianyi, future platforms).
Manage end-to-end ERP workflows across Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, HR.
Ensure accurate configurations and master data aligned with operations.
Monitor system health and drive issue resolution with vendors.
Define requirements for custom module development in Odoo and coordinate with partners.
Perform UAT and ensure features meet business expectations.
Oversee integrations between ERP and other systems and manage vendor relationships.
Document ERP SOPs, train users, and suggest process improvements.
