Qualifications

3 years of experience as Equipment Engineer or Sr. Equipment Maintenance Technician in semiconductor manufacturing.
At least 1 year hands-on CMP tools experience.
Soldering process knowledge.
Flux and solder properties understanding.
Coating process knowledge.
Experience using AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar software.

Responsibilities

Research, evaluate, and recommend CMP tools to improve yield and reduce costs.
Analyze tool data, report findings, and propose corrective actions.
Manage projects with scope, schedule, and budget to meet timelines.
Coordinate tool maintenance for maximum uptime per schedule.
Use AutoCAD or SolidWorks to draw diagrams or schematics.
Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance issues.
Maintain spare parts inventory to ensure availability.
Adhere to safety policies and company ethics.
