Job summary

OSI Electronics in Batam is seeking a skilled Test Technician Supervisor to lead subassembly and box build testing, diagnose ICT, FCT and RMA failure boards, and drive test strategy development for new products.

You will train test operators, generate yield and failure reports, calibrate and maintain equipment, and coordinate with SMT manufacturing engineers and process teams to improve reliability, cut downtime, and raise overall quality while upholding the company's Integrity and teamwork

Qualifications

• Requires engineering degree and minimum 2 years in a similar role.
• Proficient in test automation using LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, and C/C++/C#.
• Skilled in designing test fixtures and selecting measurement instruments.
• Experience with GR&R studies and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a test technician for subassembly and box build testing.
• Diagnose ICT, FCT, and RMA failure boards; manage test failure WIP.
• Train test operators on new product test strategies and feedback.
• Prepare yield reports and maintain WIP; analyze test data.
• Calibrate and maintain equipment, jigs, and fixtures.
• Release and analyze test yield reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly basis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance issues.
• Support productivity and yield improvement initiatives.
