Job summary

EPM PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk in Jakarta Pusat is seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, manage records, and coordinate with multiple teams to keep processes running smoothly.

You will help ensure compliance with administrative standards, assist in developing and implementing policies, and provide support for projects and initiatives across departments in Kalbe’s extensive distribution and logistics network.

• Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth administrative operations.

• Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
• Provide support in administrative projects and initiatives.
• Melakukan tugas dan operasi administratif harian.
• Menangani dan memelihara dokumentasi dan catatan.
• Berkoordinasi dengan berbagai tim untuk memastikan operasi administratif yang lancar.
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar dan regulasi administratif.
• Membantu dalam pengembangan dan implementasi kebijakan dan prosedur administratif.
• Memberikan dukungan dalam proyek dan inisiatif administratif.
