Job summary

Talent Insider, an upcoming HR Consultancy Service, seeks an experienced Environmental Manager for marine works projects in Indonesia. You will lead the environmental strategy, ensure compliance, and coordinate with senior management to drive sustainable practices.

Responsibilities include implementing policies, monitoring performance with tools, budgeting, and reporting to regulators and clients. Fluency in English is required, and adaptability is essential for a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in environmental projects.
• Minimum 5 years in environmental work for marine projects.
• At least 3 years as Environmental Manager for marine works.
• Fluent in English (speaking & writing).
• Flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Implement Environmental Policies and Practices.
• Devising strategies to meet targets and encourage best practice.
• Devising the best tools and systems to monitor performance and implement strategies.
• Compliance with environmental legislation.
• Assessing, analyzing and collating environmental performance data and reporting information to internal staff, clients and regulatory bodies.
• Confirming that materials and ingredients are ethically or environmentally sourced.
• Managing Environmental Strategy Budgets.
• Liaising with internal staff including senior managers and directors.

• At least 3 years experiences as Environmental Manager especially in handling environmental for marine works/project (dredging, reclamation, jetty, CPM, CDM etc)
• Has a related education background
• Fluently in English ( writing/speaking) is a must
• Flexible and adaptable
