Job summary

Daaz Group is hiring a Foreman Environment for our Tapunopaka, Konawe Utara site in Indonesia. The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering and at least 2 years in nickel mining, with POP, HSE, ISO 14001 and AMDAL certifications.

The successful candidate will monitor and manage environmental programs, ensure compliance with regulations, and train staff to maintain high safety standards across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering is required.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Environmental Foreman in nickel mining.
• Certified in POP, General Occupational HSE, ISO 14001 & AMDAL.
• Experience monitoring environmental and inspection work areas, managing hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous (Non B3) and ensuring company compliance with environmental regulations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide direction and safety training to all employees.
• Disciplined and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous waste, developing and implementing programs per the Mining Environmental Management System.
• Conduct monitoring and inspections to ensure site facilities comply with environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments on environmental issues.
• Prepare environmental reports (weekly and monthly).
