Job summary

Halliburton Energy Services is seeking an entry-level Equipment Operator in Indonesia for hands-on learning in oil well operations. You will assist with rigging-up/down, operate various service equipment, and communicate with team members while following safety and environmental guidelines. Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with others.
• Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, learns basic oil well operations including drilling fluids and solids control.
• Assist in rigging-up and rigging-down of service equipment and operation of equipment such as shale shakers, centrifuges, and handling systems.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and perform basic calculations.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Promote safety and environmental awareness and comply with HSE procedures.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
