Enterprise Systems & ICT Project Coordinator

We're Hiring an Enterprise Systems & ICT Projects Coordinator!

Join ESSA and play a pivotal role in coordinating strategic ICT and Enterprise Systems projects that power our digital transformation. We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong project coordination skills to ensure seamless execution of key technology initiatives across the organization. If you have a strong background in IT project coordination, especially within consultancy or ERP environments, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in coordinating IT/ICT projects.

Experience in ERP implementation projects (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) is preferred.

Must have prior experience in an IT consultancy firm; experience with top consulting firms (e.g., PwC, Deloitte, Accenture, IBM) is a plus.

Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Chemical, Ammonia, or Fertilizer sectors is an advantage.

Holds at least one certification in IT (required); Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster, PRINCE2, CAPM) are preferred.

Strong understanding of ICT & Enterprise Information Systems (EIS).

Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Proficient in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).

Data analysis tool proficiency (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is an added advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

Assist Project Manager in ensuring project goals are achieved within agreed scope, timeline, and business objectives.

Coordinate and monitor internal teams and third-party partners to ensure project alignment.

Review project documents and compile feedback prior to Project Manager’s final review.

Support project quality assurance and control across the organization.

Identify and help resolve blockers, escalating when necessary.

Champion change management efforts across project teams and employees.

Set up, attend, and document project-related meetings.

Monitor timelines and milestones, ensuring timely progress and delivery.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, maintaining project visibility.

Prepare and distribute regular project status reports and documentation.

Ensure all project phases and documentation are complete, accessible, and up to date.

Coordinate resource availability and allocation in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Facilitate action tracking and follow-up from project meetings.
