Job summary

Labamu is seeking an experienced Business Risk Manager to strengthen our enterprise risk management and governance framework in Indonesia, partnering closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and business stakeholders.

You will lead governance initiatives, drive operational and third‑party risk oversight, coordinate internal and external audits (including ISO 27001), and ensure effective risk controls across the organization in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Law, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, Internal Audit, or Operational Risk.
• Strong understanding of ERM principles.
• Experience coordinating governance committees and preparing management reports.
• Knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management and risk frameworks.
• Experience supporting audits preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives.
• Coordinate governance forums and risk committees, including minutes.
• Conduct RCSA and control testing activities.
• Monitor risk events and remediation actions.
• Manage third-party risk assessments and reviews.
• Perform sanctions screening for vendors and partners.
• Prepare governance reports and management presentations.
• Support product governance documentation and approvals.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including ISO 27001.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen risk culture.
• Review and maintain risk policies and control documentation.
• Support BCP and operational resilience initiatives.
• Assist in Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) and data governance.
