Job summary

Sekolah Bahasa in Indonesia is seeking a dedicated English teacher for young learners aged 3-6. You will plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate lessons using songs, stories, games, movement, and crafts to build basic English skills.

A safe, supportive classroom environment is essential to foster participation and confidence. You will adapt methods to each child's pace and interests, monitor progress, and provide feedback to parents and the academic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in English, Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation.
• Passionate about working with children aged 3-6 years old.
• Patient, energetic, creative, and able to engage children through fun activities.
• Able to manage a classroom with children of different personalities and learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate English lessons for children aged 3-6 years old.
• Teach English through play-based activities, songs, stories, games, movement, crafts, and interactive learning.
• Create a safe, positive classroom environment that encourages participation and confidence.
• Adapt teaching methods and activities based on students' age, pace, interests, and needs.
• Develop students' basic English skills: vocabulary, listening, speaking, pronunciation, and simple expressions.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain students' attention in a warm, positive manner.
• Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to parents and the academic team when required.
• Prepare teaching materials and classroom activities based on the SEBA Kiddos curriculum and objectives.
• Coordinate with Head Tutor/Academic Team regarding progress, needs, and lesson development.
• Participate in tutor meetings, training, evaluations, and other academic activities organized by Sekolah Bahasa.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and positive interaction with students, parents, and team members.

Requirements
