Requirements
- Relevant Degrees (Associate Degree and/or Bachelor's Degree)
- Experience: Has a Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Education, a Master's Degree, or related majors.
- Has experience teaching Adults and experience in teaching English for Specific Purposes (ESP) and Business English in a company setting.
- Familiar with the Training Needs Analysis process and Student-Centred Learning (SCL).
- Able to design and develop Business English training materials from scratch, and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
- Has a minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Passionate about teaching and facilitating training sessions.
- Able to deliver an interactive training session.
- Has excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Can work as a team player and be self-driven when needed.
- Proven ability to adapt quickly and juggle multiple tasks when needed.
