Alcon in Batam, Indonesia, is seeking a Technician III in Repair & Maintenance Engineering to manage maintenance programs for facilities and equipment. You will review specs, coordinate tasks, and support installation while building cross-functional relationships to deliver reliable operations.

The role requires an Engineering Diploma and knowledge of automation and HPLC, with hands-on troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.

Competenze

Diploma degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics) preferred.
Good knowledge of automation and HPLC.
Strong understanding of Preventive Maintenance.
Open to fresh graduates; 1 year of experience preferred.
Good communication skills in Bahasa and passive English-speaking ability.
Hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills would be preferred.
Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools preferred.
Knowledge of CSV (CSV validation) preferred.

Mansioni

Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment and systems.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance following established procedures.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and work instructions.
Support installation, modification, and testing of equipment.
Ensure equipment meets specifications after repair.
Assist in EQE activities to support shift operations.
