Alcon seeks a Technician III in Quality Control Labs to perform complex inspection, testing and analysis of products and raw materials in Batam, Indonesia. You will contribute to manufacturing by integrating lab results into processes, while adhering to GxP and SOPs and making informed technical decisions.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma (D3) in Engineering, 1–2 years in QC/manufacturing, and basic GD&T knowledge, with good English communication for technical documentation and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Engineering or related technical field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in Quality Control or manufacturing preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in English for technical communication.

Responsabilités

• Handle highly complex technical tasks supporting operations and efficiency.
• Perform inspection, testing, and analysis of products and raw materials.
• Utilize analytical techniques and handle lab equipment; report results.
• Make significant decisions within tasks using advanced technical skills.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and QA to integrate lab results.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain documentation to ensure quality control.
• Complete required training and contribute to regulatory compliance.
