Job summary

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data processing, analysis, and reporting.
• Familiar with creating engineering diagrams, charts, and presentation materials.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently with high attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and time management skills.

Engineering Support & Analyst Officer

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Melakukan komparasi dan evaluasi data teknis secara detail, akurat, dan menyeluruh untuk mendukung kegiatan proyek maupun operasional produksi.
• Menganalisis spesifikasi teknis, performa peralatan, metode kerja, dan kebutuhan engineering sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan.
• Menyusun, mengolah, dan mempresentasikan data engineering dalam bentuk laporan, diagram, grafik, dan dashboard yang informatif.
• Memantau pelaksanaan proyek berdasarkan aspek teknis, timeline, dan anggaran yang telah ditetapkan.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim engineering, produksi, procurement, dan pihak terkait lainnya untuk memastikan kesesuaian spesifikasi dan target pekerjaan.
• Mendukung proses evaluasi proyek melalui analisis data, identifikasi risiko, dan rekomendasi perbaikan berkelanjutan.
• Memastikan seluruh dokumentasi teknis dan laporan tersusun dengan baik, lengkap, dan mudah ditelusuri.
• Memberikan dukungan administratif dan analitis untuk kegiatan engineering sesuai standar perusahaan.
  

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik atau jurusan lain yang relevan.
• Memiliki pengalaman di lingkungan proyek maupun operasional produksi menjadi nilai tambah.
• Memiliki kemampuan analisis teknis yang kuat dan mampu melakukan evaluasi spesifikasi, timeline, serta budget proyek.
• Mampu mengolah, menganalisis, dan menyajikan data menggunakan Microsoft Excel secara efektif.
• Memahami pembuatan diagram, grafik, dan presentasi data engineering.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dalam menyampaikan informasi teknis kepada berbagai pihak.
• Mampu bekerja secara tim maupun mandiri dengan orientasi pada hasil dan ketelitian tinggi.
• Memiliki kemampuan problem solving, berpikir analitis, dan manajemen waktu yang baik.
