PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk - Unit Sidoarjo is seeking an Engineering Support & Analyst Officer to analyze technical data and support production projects. You will prepare engineering data in reports, diagrams, and dashboards while monitoring timelines and budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Collaboration with multiple teams and meticulous documentation are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in project environments and/or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Strong technical analytical skills with ability to evaluate specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data processing, analysis, and reporting.
• Familiar with creating engineering diagrams, charts, and presentation materials.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently with high attention to detail.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical thinking, and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed comparisons and evaluations of technical data to support project and production activities.
• Analyze technical specifications, equipment performance, engineering methods, and operational requirements to support informed decision-making.
• Prepare, process, and present engineering data through reports, diagrams, charts, and dashboards.
• Monitor project implementation in terms of technical requirements, schedules, and budget compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and other related teams to ensure alignment with project specifications and objectives.
• Support project evaluations by performing data analysis, identifying risks, and recommending continuous improvements.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and well-organized technical documentation and reports.
• Provide analytical and administrative support for engineering activities in accordance with company standards.
