Job summary

Diageo operates in Bali and seeks a Production Worker - Engineering Supervisor to lead maintenance and drive site compliance with ISO 45001:2018, FSSC 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. You will ensure asset performance, drive cost efficiency and mentor technicians.

The role focuses on maintenance planning, reliability improvements and cross-functional teamwork within a fast-paced manufacturing environment on site in Bali.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership capabilities per DIAGEO Leadership standard.
• Experience in Machinery Mechanical, Electrical Instrument parts or quick learning ability.
• Instrumentation, Process Control and Utility/Facility Systems Management.
• Relates well to change and works in a team with good communication.
• Experience in maintenance engineering and managing utilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance per approved maintenance plans (ZPMM, ZPMS, ZPMR).
• Ensure OT availability of production, utility and facility equipment meets targets.
• Reduce unplanned equipment downtime.
• Maintain utility systems to meet production demand.
• Achieve maintenance planning and scheduling KPIs.
• Control maintenance costs within budget.
• Deploy MMS Asset Care effectively.
• Deliver continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop and manage technicians.
