Job summary

Key duties include overseeing daily maintenance, guiding the engineering team, enforcing safety and maintenance schedules, and promptly addressing repairs while optimizing energy use and utility costs. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in building maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Able to create and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Familiar with budgeting and energy-saving initiatives.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance and engineering operations.
• Supervise and guide the engineering team.
• Ensure safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
• Respond to urgent repair needs and troubleshoot issues.
