Job summary

APP Group in Indonesia invites an experienced Maintenance Planning professional to lead planning, scheduling, and project management for our Paper Mill. You will coordinate engineering and maintenance activities, review drawings, and ensure safety and on-time delivery in a heavy manufacturing environment.

You should have a bachelor’s in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering, 5+ years in maintenance planning or project management, and proficiency with SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning, engineering, or project management.
• Mandarin speaking capability is required.
• Strong experience in Paper Mill, Pulp & Paper, or heavy manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in handling maintenance and engineering projects, including equipment installation, modification, improvement, and shutdown activities.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Experience in engineering design, technical drawing, and equipment layout.
• Proficient in SAP, especially maintenance planning, work orders, spare parts, and project monitoring.
• Good understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Experience in planning manpower, materials, spare parts, tools, and project resources.
• Able to coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Contractors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage maintenance and engineering projects within the Paper Mill.
• Develop maintenance schedules, shutdown plans, and project timelines.
• Coordinate equipment installation, modification, and improvement projects.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, cost, manpower, materials, and execution.
• Manage maintenance activities and work orders through SAP.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specification.
• Support reliability improvement and reduction of equipment downtime.
