This is a fully remote leadership opportunity for an experienced technical manager to guide a cross-functional team of software engineers and data scientists. You’ll drive AI-powered solutions that elevate testing efficiency and directly impact end users worldwide. Accountabilities:

• Lead a team of engineers and data scientists to design and deliver AI-augmented solutions with measurable impact on user experience and business performance.
• Own agile rituals, technical design reviews, and backlog management to ensure quality, scalability, and speed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and freelance contributors to transform product challenges into actionable technical work.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and strong ownership through mentoring, code reviews, and best practices.
• Track team performance and optimize output using data-driven metrics and regular retrospectives.
• Play an active role in product discovery, contributing to technical strategy and product direction in the absence of a dedicated product management team.

• 3–5 years of experience leading high-performing software teams (5+ engineers), ideally in an agile, fully remote setting.
• 5–10 years of hands-on coding experience with modern, scalable cloud-native applications; strong affinity with Python, Node.js, and AWS preferred.
• Familiarity with frontend and backend technologies such as React, TypeScript, GraphQL, MySQL, and Kafka.
• Proven ability to balance technical leadership and team coaching, with a passion for developing talent and product thinking.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Experience or interest in AI/ML technologies is a plus.
• Comfortable operating in asynchronous, distributed teams and collaborating across time zones.
