Qualifications

• 10+ years of QA experience in software, fintech, or regulated sectors.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing and scaling QA teams.
• Strong background in QA strategy development, test automation frameworks, and quality processes at scale.
• Proven experience with QA automation tools (WebDriverIO, Cypress, Katalon, Robot Framework, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman) and database tools.
• Proficiency with Git/version control systems and project management tools (JIRA, Asana, etc.).
• Ability to design and oversee test plans, automation pipelines, and QA best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a QA professional, with a proven track record in the software industry (preferably in fintech, blockchain, or other highly regulated sectors).
• At least 5 years of leadership experience, managing and scaling QA teams.
• Strong background in QA strategy development, test automation frameworks, and quality processes at scale.
• Proven experience with QA automation tools (WebDriverIO, Cypress, Katalon, Robot Framework, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of API testing (Postman), database tools (DB Beaver), and shell scripting.
• Proficiency with Git/version control systems and project management tools (JIRA, Asana, etc.).
• Ability to design and oversee test plans, automation pipelines, and QA best practices to ensure product reliability and scalability.
• Strong expertise in testing cryptocurrency exchanges (CEX, DEX), including order books, trading mechanics, wallets, and security flows.
• Hands‑on experience with mobile apps (Android/iOS), web platforms, and REST APIs.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership in building, mentoring, and guiding QA teams to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
