Job summary

ASRI, a visionary property developer and subsidiary of Agung Sedayu Group, is seeking an Engineering Manager in District 8, South Jakarta. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, CAD proficiency, and strong leadership to plan, supervise, and report on engineering projects.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in engineering within property development or consulting for offices, apartments, or residences, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering field.
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
• Strong managerial skills with planning, scheduling, supervision and reporting.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar field.
• Experience in engineering for Property Development or Property Consulting firms (offices/apartments/residences).
• Competent in reading, creating, and understanding CAD drawings and related documentation.
• Willing to be placed at District 8 – South Jakarta.
