Job summary

Tulip Consulting Services seeks an accomplished Head of Engineering to oversee complete engineering operations, maintenance, troubleshooting and project execution in Indonesia. You will provide technical leadership across Mechanical, Electrical, Automation and Robotics, and manage complex process equipment including boilers, heaters and thermal systems.

• B.Tech with 15–20 years of experience is required.
• Proven experience as Head of Engineering.
• Experience managing a large engineering team (200+ people preferred).
• Experience in thermolysis/thermal processing preferred.
