Job summary

PT Stainless Steel Primavalve Majubersama (SPVMB) seeks a seasoned Engineering lead in Tangerang to drive investment casting quality and efficiency. You will design gating systems, interpret drawings with GD&T, and ensure compliance with international standards while mentoring the engineering team.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in investment casting, strong leadership, and fluency in English. The role emphasizes collaboration across Production and Quality to deliver world‑class stainless

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in investment casting.
• Proven experience in designing gating systems.
• Strong knowledge of international standards (ASTM, JIS, DIN, EN).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings with GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Job description

Lead and optimize investment casting processes to ensure product quality and production efficiency.

Design and develop gating systems for molten metal flow.

Analyze and resolve technical issues related to casting and machining processes.

Review and interpret engineering drawings in accordance with GD&T (ASME Y14.5) standards.

Ensure compliance with international standards such as ASTM, JIS, DIN, EN, and other applicable specifications.

Collaborate with Production, Quality, and related departments to improve product quality and productivity.

Lead, mentor, and develop the Engineering team.

Prepare technical reports and provide engineering support to customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualification :

Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the Investment Casting industry.

Proven experience in designing and developing gating systems.

Strong knowledge of ASTM, JIS, DIN, EN, and other international standards.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements (ASME Y14.5).

Good understanding of machining processes.

Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
