The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, with fresh graduates welcome and 1–2 years of experience acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of working experience are acceptable.
• English ability at least intermediate (written and spoken).
• Familiar with MS Office and AutoCAD software.
• Understanding of tools calibration concepts.
• Strong leadership and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and validate daily production data for Line P1 and Line P2.
• Analyze production-related issues and provide troubleshooting support with other departments.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement programs to boost productivity and process performance.
• Control and maintain inventory of production equipment and materials.
• Monitor condition, performance, and reliability of key production equipment and machinery.
• Ensure timely calibration of measuring instruments per company standards and regulatory requirements.
