Job summary

Mubadala Energy Indonesia is seeking an Analyst, Environmental & ESG (Third Party Contractor) to support the Tangkulo Project in Jakarta. The role ensures alignment with Mubadala Energy corporate ESG framework and Indonesian regulations.

You will participate in permitting, GHG accounting, and ESG reporting while maintaining data tools and stakeholder engagement, with English and Bahasa Indonesia required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3–8 years in environmental/ESG roles in oil & gas or energy sector.
• Experience with GHG accounting and ESG frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental permitting (AMDAL, technical approvals: air emission, wastewater, B3 waste).
• Monitor regulatory compliance and maintain compliance registers.
• Support GHG emissions inventory, reporting, and decarbonization roadmap.
• Assist ESG reporting, KPI tracking, and audit/assurance readiness.
• Support ESG materiality assessment and stakeholder engagement.
• Assist ESG risk integration into ERM framework.
• Maintain ESG datasets and digital reporting tools.
• Support ESG policy development and training programs.
