• Assess alternatives and impacts to disadvantaged communities to meet clean energy goals.
• Review and track natural gas utility budgets and variances.
• Evaluate utility preparedness to meet projected winter peak loads.
• Provide engineering analysis for rate proceedings and prepare expert testimony for public hearings.
• Collaborate with staff to negotiate settlements with utilities and other parties.
• Produce memoranda and written reports for staff and external parties on natural gas issues.
• Assist in developing plans for audits of utilities and oversight of operations.
