Job summary

PT NEW CORAL SEA is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment, from planning and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and report on recruitment metrics.

The role emphasizes sourcing strategies, candidate experience, and collaboration across HR functions, with opportunities for development in people initiatives and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, HR, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition with end-to-end scope.
• Experience in consulting or professional services is a plus.
• Exposure to training, learning & development or performance management preferred.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from planning to onboarding.
• Develop talent sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, portals, referrals and other channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and define profiles.
• Monitor progress, maintain metrics, and prepare recruitment reports.
• Support employee development, training plans and evaluations.
• Assist HR operations, onboarding, HRIS, and policy initiatives.
