Responsibilities

• Manage the project progress from the initiation, development, to launch phases, either independently or with supervision.
• Can perform analysis (for example using database queries) to support technical and business decision making.
• Bridging communication between Business, Operations, Data, and Engineering/Tech teams to ensure smooth integration.
• Conduct in-depth investigations (troubleshooting) if problems occur with the system, and formulate appropriate solutions.
