Job description

• Conduct in-depth investigations (troubleshooting) if problems occur with the system, and formulate appropriate solutions.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must master Query/SQL: Have strong hands-on skills in writing queries to retrieve, process, and analyze data from databases independently.
• Project Management Experience: Proven track record of independently managing technology/business projects from start to finish (end-to-end). Experience in the Lending/Fintech/Banking industry will be a significant plus.
• True Problem Solver: Possesses sharp analytical skills to solve complex and dynamic system or data problems.
• End-to-End Mindset: Not only looking at problems from one part, but being able to understand the impact of a system/decision from upstream (business) to downstream (database or core system or reporting).
• Multi-perspective (Not Rigid): Flexible and open-minded. Able to view an issue from various perspectives (engineer's perspective, business perspective, security/risk perspective, and user perspective).
