Job summary

RELX International Enterprise HK Limited in Batam seeks a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for our manufacturing operations. You will oversee the process from manpower request through onboarding, coordinating interviews with managers and stakeholders to ensure timely hires.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, portals, social media, referrals and networks, and produce regular reports tracking KPI achievement and recruitment targets.

Qualifications

• Must have experience managing full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening abilities.
• Ability to coordinate interviews with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience producing regular recruitment metrics and reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end recruitment process, from manpower request, sourcing, screening, interview, assessment, offering, and onboarding
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholder
• Source candidate through Linkedin, job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channel
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and monitor recruitment targets/KPI
