Job summary

PT. Kalimantan Aluminium Industry is seeking an experienced ERT Officer to develop and implement the ERP across diverse scenarios.

The role requires leading incident response, conducting drills, and ensuring readiness of the emergency response team at our North Kalimantan site. You will oversee equipment inspections, perform hazard identifications and risk assessments, and investigate incidents to drive corrective actions while ensuring adherence to HSE regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in emergency response.
• Experience in training and emergency drills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and incident investigation.
• Preferable certifications like Basarnas Intermediate and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) for multiple scenarios.
• Lead and coordinate emergency response activities during incidents.
• Conduct emergency drills and ensure ERT readiness.
• Oversee inspection and maintenance of emergency equipment.

Job description

Develop and implement the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) invarious emergency scenarios.

Liaise with management and relevant authorities on emergency preparedness.

Requirements

Minimum education level: Bachelor Degree (S1) or equivalent.

At least 4 years of work experience as an ERT Officer.

Preference is given to those who already hold Basarnas Intermediate, First Aid Response 3, and Fire Fighting Class D certificates.

Familiar with the overall managerial activities related to the emergency response process.

Experience conducting internal training, emergency drills, or safety awareness programs.

Experience developing or delivering training materials is an advantage.

Training of Trainer (ToT) certification is an advantage.

Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety and has experience handling emergency situations.

Willing to be assigned to our jobsite in North Kalimantan under a roster system.
