Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK, preferably with background in K3, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience as Fire Fighter, Fire Brigade, Team Commander, or similar position
• Preferred experience in factory/manufacturing, wood industry, plantation, mining, or high fire-risk industries
• Understanding of fire protection systems, APAR and hydrants, fire pumps and hydrant networks, emergency response procedures, evacuation and rescue, and Basic First Aid/P3K
• Ability to lead and coordinate fire brigade teams; quick decision-making in emergencies; good physical condition

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate fire brigade team members in fire prevention, handling, and control activities across the company area.
• Ensure team readiness for emergency conditions including fires, explosions, and other emergencies.
• Lead and coordinate fire brigade members in prevention, handling, and control of fires in the company area
• Ensure team readiness to face emergency conditions including fires, explosions, and other emergencies
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections of work areas with potential fire hazards
• Ensure availability and readiness of fire extinguishing equipment such as APAR, hydrants, fire pumps, hoses, nozzles, fire extinguishers, and other emergency equipment
• Coordinate initial response during fires until conditions are declared safe or external assistance arrives
• Assign tasks to team members during emergencies and routine activities
• Conduct briefings, training, fire drills/simulations, and periodic evaluation of team capabilities
• Perform basic inspection and maintenance of fire equipment and report any damage or deficiencies
• Coordinate with HSE/K3, Security, Maintenance, Production, and related departments in fire risk control
• Create reports on patrol activities, inspections, drills, equipment conditions, and emergency incidents
