Job summary

PT Bundamedik Tbk in Surabaya is seeking an Emergency Nurse to provide nursing care in the Emergency Department, perform patient handovers during shift changes, and conduct nursing assessments.

You will develop nursing diagnoses and coordinate individualized care plans, implement care per SOPs, provide first aid, monitor patients, and assist physicians during rounds; willingness to be placed in Surabaya.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Ners).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Emergency Department (ED).
• Ability to provide nursing care in accordance with SOPs and standards.
• Active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR).
• Must hold BTCLS/ACLS certification.
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and patient-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong service mindset.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient handovers during shift changes and receive new patients, including nursing assessments through history-taking and physical examinations.
• Develop nursing diagnoses and coordinate individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs and clinical conditions.
• Implement nursing care and medical treatment in accordance with SOPs, standards, and prescribed plans.
• Provide prompt first aid and emergency nursing interventions, and report actions to ED physicians.
• Monitor and evaluate patients' conditions and assist physicians during ward rounds.
• Coordinate patient consultations and referrals, and facilitate transfers to inpatient units or other departments.

An Emergency Nurse role based in Surabaya, providing nursing care in the Emergency Department. Key responsibilities

Perform patient handovers during shift changes and receive new patients, including conducting nursing assessments through patient history-taking and physical examinations in accordance with established procedures

Develop nursing diagnoses and coordinate individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs and clinical conditions

Implement nursing care and medical treatment in accordance with established SOPs, applicable standards, and prescribed treatment plans

Provide prompt and appropriate first aid and emergency nursing interventions, and report actions taken to the Emergency Department physician and attending physician

Monitor and evaluate patients' conditions and responses to nursing interventions, take appropriate actions within the scope of authority, and assist physicians during ward rounds by receiving and implementing medical instructions

Coordinate patient consultations and referrals to appropriate healthcare professionals or facilities, and facilitate patient transfers to inpatient units or other departments as required

About you

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Ners) qualification

Minimum 1 year of experience in the Emergency Department (ED)

Ability to provide nursing care in accordance with applicable SOPs and standards

Active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR)

Must hold valid BTCLS/ACLS certification

Detail-oriented, responsive, and patient-oriented
