Reload Sanctuary in Bali is seeking a highly driven Fitness Consultant to join our Personal Training sales team. You will meet with members, conduct consultations, and prescribe PT solutions to help clients achieve results.

This is a sales-focused role where you will present and sell high-value Personal Training packages, close deals, and contribute to revenue targets. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Candidates must have sales experience and a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and overcome objections to close.
• Experience selling Personal Training or luxury services is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Conduct fitness consultations with new and existing Reload Sanctuary members.
• Understand clients' goals, training history, lifestyle and challenges.
• Prescribe a Personal Training plan based on individual needs.
• Present and sell Personal Training packages to meet revenue targets.
• Follow up with prospects and close opportunities.
• Maintain records of consultations, follow ups and sales performance.
