Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or Mathematics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of elementary teaching experience in private or international school.
• Experience with Cambridge IGCSE curriculum is preferred.
• Experience in Project Based Learning.
• Proven ability to develop successful academic programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set and deliver standards for learning.
• Prepare and support critical thinking for students in classroom.
• Establish classroom management utilizing positive coaching.
• Observe and evaluate students' performance and development.
• Understand academic, social and behavioral needs of high-level students.
• Establish links with the parent community to keep them well informed about student progress.
