Job summary

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's in Education & Chinese Language and have at least 5 years of elementary teaching experience in private or international schools, with familiarity in Cambridge IGCSE and Project Based Learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of elementary teaching experience in private or international schools.
• Experience with Cambridge IGCSE or international curricula is preferred.
• Experience in Project Based Learning (PBL) is desired.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful academic programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set, and deliver learning standards for elementary students.
• Prepare and support critical thinking and inquiry in the classroom.
• Observe and evaluate student performance and development.
• Understand and address the academic, social, and behavioral needs of high-level students.
• Establish and maintain communication with parents to keep them informed about student progress.
