Job summary

Formulatrix Indonesia is seeking a Junior Electronics Engineer to design, develop, test, and improve electronic systems powering high-precision laboratory automation products. Based in Central Java, you will contribute to electronics design, embedded systems, hardware validation, and troubleshooting to support innovative automation solutions.

Your role involves hands-on prototyping, measurements with oscilloscopes and multimeters, and teamwork to diagnose issues and iterate designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a strong focus on electronics and embedded system design (fresh graduates welcome).
• Substantial project experience or practical experience beyond academics; industry experience is a plus.

Overview roles

As an Electronics Engineer at PT Formulatrix Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, testing, and improving electronic systems that power our high-precision laboratory automation products. This full-time position is based in Central Java, where you will contribute your expertise in electronics design, embedded systems, hardware validation, and troubleshooting to support the company's mission of delivering innovative and reliable automation solutions.

Junior Electronics Engineer

What will you do?

• Designing, inspecting, testing, and updating electronic systems, components, equipment, and software.
• Performing the electronics measurements including Oscilloscopes and Multimeters.
• Debugging and troubleshooting problems based on multiple hypotheses, and reach logical conclusions based on test results.

What are we looking for?

Educational Qualification

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D4) or Master’s Degree (S2) in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Electromechanical Engineering, Physic/Instrumentation or related fields, with a strong focus on electronics and embedded system design (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Experience

• Have substantial project experience or have gained practical experience independently, beyond academic assignments (previous industry experience is a plus).

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of both analog and digital electronics.
• Practical experience in creating electronic prototypes.
• Ready to lead or mentor other team members.
• Strong skills in PCB design, Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), motion control, and embedded systems are a plus.
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
