PT SYNTRONIC INDONESIA is seeking an Electronics Technician to diagnose failures, analyze root causes, and support improvements in electronic systems. The role involves reading schematics, preparing reports, and working in a 3-shift production environment.

Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome; willingness to be assigned overseas in Romania for 2 years is required. English proficiency and teamwork are essential for success in our multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering (Arus Lemah) or Instrumentation Engineering is required.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, repair center, or related industries; fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome.
• Able to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical diagrams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Able to prepare reports using Microsoft Office.

We are seeking a motivated, skilled Electronics Technician to support the reliability and operational performance of electronic systems. The role involves diagnosing electronic failures, performing root cause analysis, and supporting continuous improvement activities. This position requires strong analytical skills and a willingness to be assigned overseas in Romania for 2 years.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering (Arus Lemah) / Instrumentation Engineering
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, repair center, or related industries (Fresh graduates with strong basic electronics fundamentals are welcome to apply)
• Proficient in using electronic measuring instruments such as:
• Multimeter
• Able to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical diagrams
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Able to prepare reports using Microsoft Office
• Demonstrates good leadership potential, discipline, and teamwork
• Willing to work in a 3-shift system and adapt to production schedules
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Willing to be assigned in Romania for 2 years (Project-Based)
