Job summary

FORMULATRIX is expanding its Bandung team as an Electrical Research Engineer. You will design and build hardware modules, iterating from proof-of-concept to prototypes to final design for a product, with a focus on a smart camera monitoring system that integrates multiple cameras and instruments.

You will take full ownership of the project, following direction from the Product Manager, and collaborate with the software team to translate requirements into technical designs while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with camera systems.
• Embedded software/firmware programming (e.g. Raspberry Pi).
• Hands-on electronics prototyping and sensor interfacing.
• Circuit analysis and design (analog/digital).
• Strong English communication (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Build and test hardware interfaces for image sensors/cameras.
• Design and optimize streaming pipelines for network transmission over Ethernet.
• Integrate hardware and software components to maximize performance and reduce latency.
• Write reports and present findings.
• Collaborate with Product Manager and software team to translate requirements into technical designs.
