PT Spektrum Krisindo Elektrika di Jakarta Utara membuka lowongan sebagai Manajer Akun Kunci untuk menjaga hubungan dengan pelanggan secara berkelanjutan. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan negosiasi, pemahaman produk kelistrikan, serta orientasi layanan pelanggan yang tinggi.

Kami mencari 3 kandidat berpengalaman untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan terutama di sektor Industri, Bangunan, dan Pertambangan, dengan fokus pada peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan dan pertumbuhan akun.

Responsibilities

• Memelihara hubungan dengan pelanggan dan memastikan kepuasan mereka.
• Menangani kebutuhan pelanggan terutama di sektor Industri, Bangunan, dan Pertambangan.
• Mengkoordinasikan tim internal untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan.
