Job summary

PT Pawa Indonesia Engineering invites a proactive Project Engineer - Electrical Data Center to join on-site teams responsible for site preparation, coordination with customers, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with codes. You will prepare drawings, schedules, and manage resources to support installation and commissioning of electrical data center systems.

Qualifications

• Recognized Diploma or Degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in local construction engineering, including data centre fit-out.
• Outgoing with strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and target oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent or working knowledge of English; Indonesian nationality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and coordination, submission documents.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders on site to meet project requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for mechanical systems.
• Conduct site visits to monitor installation and progress.
• Able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Prepare and create detail work schedule, manpower and resource planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during design, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Able to understand Engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations, design, etc.
• Coordinate the safety management system on site.
• Ensure all mechanical systems comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Follow up and reporting on the project progress.
• All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
