Job summary

PT Agung Podomoro Land, Tbk in Balikpapan seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering Supervisor to oversee complex building electrical operations for Central Park Borneo. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 3–5 years of building maintenance experience in malls or high-rises.

You will lead a team, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and reliability on site in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years in building maintenance engineering (mall, hotel, or high-rise preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV, panel, genset, UPS, lighting, and distribution.
• Experienced in troubleshooting, preventive & corrective building maintenance.
• Good understanding of building systems integration.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.

• Plan and supervise preventive & corrective maintenance activities
• Monitor maintenance execution in line with budget, timeline, and company standards
• Handle and resolve electrical technical issues effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors

• Control and optimize engineering budget for cost efficiency
• Lead, supervise, and mentor the team to improve performance, productivity, and teamwork
