Job summary

PT BHUMI JEPARA SERVICE seeks an Electrical Engineer to join its plant engineering team in Indonesia. The role focuses on supporting long-term plant welfare, developing maintenance procedures, and applying electrical codes and standards to systems.

Responsibilities include CM, PM, and PdM tasks aligned to plant criticality to minimize downtime, assisting with tender evaluations, and administering the MAXIMO CMMS. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum five years' experience in engineering or maintenance within a thermal power plant environment.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the plant engineering team to support long-term welfare goals.
• Develop and generate procedures for plant engineering and change management.
• Draft plant change scheme specifications and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Execute, monitor and control CM, PM and PdM tasks based on plant criticality to minimize downtime.
