Job summary

Michelin Indonesia is seeking a Utility Supervisor - Electrical Distribution to lead the site’s electrical distribution, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency. You will oversee HV/MV switching, protection, and transformer systems while driving maintenance plans and energy optimization.

Based in Cikarang, West Java, the role requires 5+ years in electrical power distribution with 2–3 years in leadership, plus strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in electrical power distribution, maintenance, or industrial utilities, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Hands‑on experience with HV electrical systems and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of HV/MV switching, protection, and transformers (MV/LV).
• Experience with troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and reliability improvement.
• English (B2) and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency.
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation of site electrical systems and power supply.
• Maintain and optimize electrical equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor energy performance and support continuous improvement in system reliability and efficiency.
• Support site projects and ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards.
