Job summary

PT Elite Electrical Indonesia seeks an experienced Electrical Commissioning Lead to supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial machinery at sites in Batang, Central Java. You will manage electrical and PLC/control systems and coordinate with suppliers, engineers, and maintenance teams to meet project timelines.

The candidate should read electrical drawings and manuals, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure safe, compliant, on-schedule project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, automation, equipment installation, or commissioning.
• Experience with industrial machinery, PLC/control systems, and troubleshooting.
• Able to read electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on-site in Batang, Central Java and travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Handle electrical systems, PLC/control systems, and basic pneumatic systems.
• Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and technical documents.
• Troubleshoot existing problems, limitations, and performance issues in equipment, machinery, PLC/control systems, and related systems.
• Perform testing and performance checks to ensure equipment operates properly and meets required specifications.
• Develop commissioning checklists, test procedures, and commissioning reports.
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and complete commissioning on schedule.
• Support FAT/SAT, equipment acceptance, and final handover to the production and maintenance teams.
• Ensure all installation, testing, and commissioning activities are carried out safely.
