Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a capable professional to manage and deliver industrial automation and software integration projects for diverse customers. You will coordinate schedules, vendors and customer teams to ensure successful execution and high-quality outcomes.

The role involves developing and implementing applications that address operational needs, delivering demonstrations and training, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Automation, System Control or related fields.
• Experience in a technical service, system integration, automation or engineering environment.
• Experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, and technical solution implementation.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver industrial automation, software integration and customized solution projects for customers.
• Support pre-sales activities by reviewing requirements, providing technical consultation and developing solution proposals.
• Coordinate project schedules, stakeholders, vendors and customer teams to ensure successful execution.
• Develop, integrate and implement applications addressing customer operations and improving process performance.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, training and ongoing customer support.
• Ensure project quality, timely completion, proper documentation and customer satisfaction.
